The seven Chakra beads symbolically represent the journey from grounding and stability towards higher awareness, while Rudraksha is traditionally associated with Shiva, meditation and spiritual discipline.

📿 How to use it?

1. Sit comfortably in your chosen Sadhana space.
2. Hold the Mala gently in your right or preferred hand according to your practice/tradition.
3. Use each bead to maintain awareness while chanting your chosen mantra.
4. Move from bead to bead with calm, steady attention.
5. Allow the 108-bead cycle to become a complete round of focused Sadhana.
6. After completing your practice, keep the Mala respectfully in a clean place.
